Are you interested in exchange with researchers who also hold a Laufbahnstelle*? Or are you maybe about to step into such a role? Or have you just completed your development or qualification agreement?
Then it's time for some peer-to-peer networking and free coffee!
It’s not always easy to find colleagues who truly understand the day-to-day realities of your role - and some things are better discussed with people who work outside of one's department. Interdisciplinary, cross-departmental exchange within the university can be hugely beneficial!
You can now write to rcc(at)uni-graz.at to be matched with two other researchers in a Laufbahnstellen contract, and enjoy a hot beverage and a snack together.
How does it work?
- Registration is always open, and once we hit three interested researchers, we'll get in touch with the three of you to send you each other's details and the voucher. It's a lottery: Who you will meet is up to luck!
- The coffee happens in café Libresso on campus, and the RCC takes care of the bill afterwards; instead of payment, you'll show the café a coffee voucher printed with your names.
- You have to arrange the time and date between you. We suggest an initial duration of one hour.
- Eligible is everyone currently in, about to step and, and just freshly through the contract types listed below.
- You can take part as many times as you like.
- We'd love hearing about your meeting afterwards in a short email.
