Depending on your needs, the coach and you may work on the following topics:
- Identifying your skills, strengths, and preferences: Recognising both your technical and transferable skills, as well as understanding which aspects of your work you enjoy most and should prioritise in your next role.
- Clarifying your career vision and exploring options: Defining your goals, identifying suitable career paths, and developing job search strategies.
- Presenting your skills effectively and crafting strong applications: Translating your academic background for employers outside academia and tailoring your CV and cover letter to specific job ads.
- Interview preparation: Building confidence for different interview formats.

You begin with a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your current situation and outline possible next steps. If you decide to work together, you will meet online via Zoom for up to four one-hour coaching sessions.
