Regular events organised by the RCC

At this annual format (since 2022, always in April or May), researchers at all career levels, members of the University of Graz leadership, third-space professionals/researcher developers and higher education experts from across Austria and beyond explore supportive, creative, and inclusive research cultures in academia - each year with a new topic.

In the Three Minute Thesis Competition (3MT), doctoral candidates at the University of Graz present their research in three minutes to a general audience. Skills in science communication and performance are in demand here!

Every two years, former and current doctoral candidates can nominate their supervisors for the Seraphine-Puchleitner Award. This award honours outstanding doctoral supervision.

This event takes place every two years.

This event is designed for all newly enrolled doctoral researchers who want to gain a better understanding of the opportunities and resources available.
