Topic: In the postdoc phase (and in general), it is particularly important to make career-relevant decisions intentionally, and in a timely manner. Do you want to set the course towards tenure, or be more clear about your options? Then strategic career planning will be helpful in developing your own vision of a job that will continue to be satisfactory in the future. Strategic career planning means being reflective about finding a role that aligns with your own strengths and wishes, and assessing upcoming decisions or opportunities in a more goal-oriented manner. This can motivate you to manage any challenges ahead, develop your research profile, and not neglect your health and work-life balance.

Language: English or German, depending on the needs of the participants.

Materials: Handouts are available in English and German, and there will be access to an E-learning environment after the workshop.
